You do not want start with a dedicated server unless you expect a LOT of traffic and have your website all done ready to use, with a LOT of content.

You do not want a $2.00 per month hosting if you have what I described above. This is something that fits when you have a normal site which you are evolving.

Later I will include a place where you can host many small sites without paying for each. You can host as many domains as you want with ThirdSphere, but there is a onetime $10 for each.

The difference would also be that there would be separate controlpanels for each domain.
